Mission

The Little Blue House (LBH) has a single core mission: to foster the development of vulnerable and at-risk children and youth in the District in a safe, stable, and healthy environment. For almost 20 years, the LBH has been working with families in a facility designed therapeutically to aid in the healthy mental and physical development of children. In the last five years our focus has grown into a whole family approach, as we help parents work towards self-sufficiency and breaking the cycle of dependence on government welfare.
